For in person sessions I offer the sessions as follow to optimize the time and efficiency of the sessions for optimal healing:
- Chakra Light Therapy is combined with Sound / Vibroacoustic Therapy so in 30 mins session you get both. While you are laying on the sound bed, the chakra lights are directed to every chakra. These therapies require multiple sessions for a more integrated healing experience. But just with one session, your chakras will be more in alignment, it will help bring awareness and deep relaxation.
- The 3rd Eye Clearing / Brain Entrainment Therapy is combined to amplified the 3rd eye clearing to clear and activate your 3rd eye in a single session. Multiple sessions are needed for a more integrated healing program but just with one session you can experience deep awareness and wisdom unlike anything else you’ve experienced before.
- Breathwork Online Session please follow these guideliness:
- Ensure you have a quiet space with no interruptions of any kind for the full hour.
- Prepare a space on the floor or on your bed or sofa that’s comfy. Floor is best but if not possible, a bed or sofa is ok.
- Have a cup of water, tissue paper, a waste basket, several pillows and blanket.
- and voila – the rest we’ll do together! Get ready for a magical experience!
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Reminders
Your spiritual wellness treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies.
- Should you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Please leave enough time to get to your appointment, anticipating traffic and parking. (there is plenty of free parking in our building front / sides and back of the building)
Any rescheduling with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service.
- Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
- If you book a service on the day of and you cancel or no show, you will be charged in full.
- If you are late we reserve the right to cut your service, you will be charged for the service you booked not the cut service.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late and we do not have enough time to perform the service due to timing, you will be charged in full.
- Any cancellations within 7 days of your scheduled appointment is non refundable.
We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. All no show/cancellations will be subject to our 10% service fee.

What can I expect during a 3rd Eye Brain Entrainment or Chakra Light Therapy with Sound Therapy?
Each session is different and depend on the person, intention and other factors. Its best to have an intention with no expectation just like what we preach in Sacred Plant Medicine.
To ensure effectiveness, we work only on one main intention per session. Every session is designed to address your individual needs and provide you with a safe place to dive deep.
**Chakra Light & Sound Therapy will allow you to relax and realign your chakras using state of the art equipment. Those that are more advanced with their meditation practice could have out of body and deep trance experience but the objective is to bring the energy of the crystals to each one of your chakra so that you can align your chakras.
**3rd Eye Chakra Clearing / Brain Entrainment Therapy with Breathwork is a much more intensive experience and requires your full participation for deep awareness of the main intention you want to work on.
