Just wanted to share a couple pictures from our Dec 17th 2022 Sacral Healing Ceremony. A ceremony to release / purge and get ready for 2023.
A night to let go of what does not serve us any longer. Let go of the pain, suffering to start feeling at peace with ourselves.
Such a powerful release thru crying, sweating, discharge, burping, sharing, etc -however the body can process the purge in order to release stuck energy that did not serve any longer our highest needs.
Healing can be very painful so remember to take baby steps. This is not a competition and as a matter of fact, the more you want to run the more you set yourself back because integration is key for a solid healing journey.
