In the spiritual world, we know that Holding Space is so much more than just being present but it’s also being open, with no judgement, allowing energy to flow properly to help release energetic imprints that may be trapped in different places of one’s physical and light bodies within oneself. When a healer holds space healing happens by having conversations that simply allows your ‘thoughts’ to be expressed therefore thoughts which are energy are expelled from your immediate body (both physical and light bodies) which allows for energy to flow which then results in healing.

There are times when we do not have anyone with a level of spiritual maturity to hear us out, to help us understand our situations, choices, emotions / feelings, experiences or simply to hear us out. We may need to be vulnerable to have these heart to heart conversations but do not feel safe to do so with just anyone.

This is where the heart to hear (H2H) comes in. Heart to heart is a heart-based conversation that helps you by supporting you while holding space so that you can be completely vulnerable, open, truthful and release all the things you wish you could have say but couldn’t until now.

Whether we believe it or not, keeping things inside create so much trauma, negative imprints, at the energetic level that eventually become illness (dis-ease).  Having safe sacred space to express your feelings, thoughts help you to release so that the energy in your body does not create energetic ‘knobs’ that eventually create diseases in your physical body.
