I don’t think I discuss this enough! My spirit guides and light beings have been on my back for years now about the importance of dreams and spreading this message to others….I did a Dream Journal (link here) and I just cant convey how importance dreams are for our healing and spiritual awakening so check this video to learn more about the different dream stages…When I discuss the Theta state pay attention because this is the same state we use to go into quantum healing and receive major healing and answers in our quantum healing sessions!
