What needs your attention today?

A specific reaction or a bigger life chapter: choose the reflection that meets you here.

01 · A moment that stayed with you

Emotional Discernment

“Why did that affect me so much?”

A comment, conflict, or unexpected feeling can leave you unsure whether to speak up, honor a boundary, question an assumption, or wait. Slow the moment down before choosing your response.

  • Describe what happened in your own words.
  • Follow short questions about your feelings, impulses, and the meaning you gave the moment.
  • Look at the experience from five angles.
  • Leave with a plain-language reading, one small action, and a card to keep or share.

Allow 20–30 minutes. You can stop and come back.
English and Spanish options · Optional voice dictation

02 · The chapter you are living now

Your Current Growth Phase

“What is taking shape in me?”

Growth may look like a limit you honor, support you let in, or a possibility you can imagine again. Explore what feels true today and discover a symbolic archetype for your current chapter.

  • Reflect on 20 original statements across five themes.
  • Explore presence, possibility, self-trust, connection, and meaning.
  • Rate what feels true from 1 to 10, with the freedom to pause or skip a statement.
  • Explore your reflection and archetype card, then choose what to save or share.

Insight you can keep close

Give your growth a picture.

Your archetype offers an image, a message, a gift, and an invitation for everyday life. Keep the card as a personal reminder or share the message that resonates.

The Phoenix growth archetype card
The Phoenix“I rise with self-trust, and my limits travel with me.”

Example cards shown. Your archetype is a symbolic invitation, not a fixed identity or a ranking of your growth. Shared growth cards exclude your answers and scores.

From reflection to everyday life

Make room for a different response.

You do not need to solve everything in one sitting. A useful reflection can be a clearer question, a boundary to honor, or a conversation you approach differently.

Use Risen Hawk on your own or as a starting point for a conversation with a practitioner, therapist, or coach.

You can notice growth and still experience difficulty. There is no need to turn every difficult experience into a lesson.

1 · Choose your starting point

Explore a reaction that needs attention or the chapter you are in now.

2 · Answer from real experience

Let your answers reflect what feels true today, rather than what you think you should feel.

3 · Carry one thing forward

Choose a manageable next step. Keep a card as a reminder, or save your growth reflection to your profile when you want to return to it.

The care behind the questions

Human-designed. Thoughtfully guided.

Created by Victoria Amador, founder of Soul Healing Tribe, Risen Hawk brings structured self-inquiry into moments when you need clarity. Victoria is a Transpersonal Healing Practitioner, Coach, and Spiritual Healer.

Questions with intention

The founder wrote the questions and reflections. A consistent framework helps you look closely at your experience and identify a next step.

Technology in a supporting role

Optional voice dictation and translation support the experience. AI does not write the questions or interpret your answers.

You choose what to share

Growth answers are processed on your device and stored in your account only when you choose Save to my profile. Sharing your card is optional.

A few things you may be wondering

Which reflection should I start with?

Choose Emotional Discernment for a specific event, conversation, or reaction. Choose Your Current Growth Phase to explore your broader chapter and what feels true today. You can return to the other tool whenever it feels useful.

Can I pause or skip a question?

Emotional Discernment lets you stop and come back. In the growth reflection, you may pause or skip any statement. Take the time you need and answer from your actual experience.

Can I keep or share my growth reflection?

You can share your archetype card or choose Save to my profile after signing in. Sharing is optional. Your share card does not include your answers or scores.

Does my archetype define me?

Your archetype is a symbolic snapshot of your current chapter, rather than a permanent label. It does not measure how healed you are. What feels true may change over time.

Is Risen Hawk therapy or a psychological test?

Risen Hawk supports personal exploration. It is not therapy, diagnosis, a validated psychological test, or crisis support. Use its reflections as a starting point for your own judgment and, when helpful, a conversation with a qualified professional.
