Mini Ritual for Third Eye

A Simple Meditation for Clarity

During a dream, I was given a powerful yet simple meditation technique for gaining clarity. This practice involves:

  1. Kneeling down
  2. Touching your forehead to the ground
  3. Remaining in this position for a few minutes

This posture serves multiple purposes:

  1. Bowing to our higher self
  2. Grounding our body
  3. Clearing the third eye chakra

Interestingly, I later learned that this position is known as the “Child’s Pose” in yoga. While commonly recognized for its physical benefits to the hips and back, I believe it’s true power lies in its spiritual aspect.

The deeper meaning I received is that this pose represents a surrender to the divine. By practicing it, we can:

  1. Gain mental clarity
  2. Integrate our thoughts
  3. Reduce anxiety and worry

This simple yet profound technique is often overlooked, but it can be a valuable tool for spiritual growth and mental well-being.

This mini ritual / pose is very powerful if you are experiencing challenging kundalini moments or are in experiencing dark nights of the soul. When you do this meditation with the intention to surrender, this takes on an energy experience of bowing down to your wiser inner self / higher self. This is a moment of humility and inner strength at the same time.

Surrender and humility are closely intertwined concepts in personal growth and spirituality. The process of surrender often leads to the development of humility:

  1. Letting go of control: Surrender involves accepting that we can’t control everything. This realization fosters humility by acknowledging our limitations.
  2. Recognizing a higher power: Whether it’s God, the universe, or a higher self, surrender often involves acknowledging something greater than ourselves.
  3. Accepting vulnerability: Surrender requires opening ourselves up, which cultivates humility by embracing our imperfections and weaknesses.
  4. Shifting perspective: As we surrender, we often gain a broader view, seeing our place in the larger scheme of things. This naturally promotes humility.
  5. Developing gratitude: Surrender often leads to appreciation for what we have, rather than focusing on what we lack or desire to control.
  6. Embracing learning: The act of surrender opens us to new experiences and lessons, fostering a humble attitude of continuous learning.
  7. Reducing ego: As we surrender our need to always be right or in control, our ego diminishes, making room for humility to grow.
