  • Still have some limitations

3.   Mature Defenses / Advanced Level (Mature)

  • Good self-awareness
  • Handle complex situations
  • Positive problem-solving
  • Most effective long-term
  • Balance emotions with reality
  • Handle complex situations well
  • Examples:
    • Finding silver linings
